1. Agreement and the OrgAtlas service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to OrgAtlas, including the desktop application, account application, website, updates, protected services, and support. OrgAtlas is provided and sold by Suppl LLC (“OrgAtlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using OrgAtlas, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use OrgAtlas for an employer or client, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and connect the relevant Salesforce org, files, AI model provider accounts, and systems.
3. Product access and license
Subject to these Terms and an active trial or subscription, Suppl LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use OrgAtlas for your lawful Salesforce work. OrgAtlas requires an authenticated, server-computed entitlement. It does not use a customer-managed local license key.
You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, defeat access controls, extract protected rule systems, or use OrgAtlas to build a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits an action that cannot be restricted by contract.
4. Trial, subscription, and billing
Eligible first-time customers may be offered a 14-day trial during desktop onboarding. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the monthly or annual subscription selected during checkout begins automatically.
The published plan is $19.99 per month or $199 per year unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Stripe hosts checkout, invoices, payment-method management, and cancellation. Taxes may apply. You authorize Stripe and Suppl LLC to charge the selected recurring amount and applicable taxes until cancellation.
You can cancel through the Stripe-hosted customer portal linked from the OrgAtlas account application. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or a written refund policy expressly applies, amounts already paid are not automatically refundable.
5. Customer-owned AI connections and third-party services
OrgAtlas supports customer-selected AI connections and may support authentication through existing third-party subscriptions. AI model provider access, model availability, quotas, prices, retention, and terms are controlled by those providers and can change independently. OrgAtlas does not guarantee that any particular third-party model or subscription will remain available.
Salesforce, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, AI model providers, package registries, and other connected services are third-party services. Their terms apply separately. OrgAtlas is not responsible for outages, changes, or acts of those services.
6. Your Salesforce org and authorized actions
You are responsible for selecting the correct Salesforce org, maintaining appropriate backups and release procedures, granting only appropriate permissions, reviewing generated work, and deciding whether a change should be deployed or executed. Read-only mode and approval controls reduce risk but do not replace professional review, testing, sandbox use, change management, or Salesforce security practices.
7. AI-generated work
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or inappropriate for a particular org. You must review and test material output before relying on it or applying it to production. OrgAtlas does not guarantee that generated code, configuration, analysis, documents, or recommendations will be correct, compliant, or suitable for your purpose.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use OrgAtlas to violate law, access an org or system without authorization, interfere with the service, distribute malware, expose another person's confidential data without permission, evade Salesforce or AI model provider limits, or perform activity that creates unreasonable risk to users, systems, or the service.
9. Your content and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your Salesforce projects, prompts, source, business rules, local files, and work products. You grant OrgAtlas only the limited rights necessary to process information through the services you deliberately use, including account, support, and protected-service requests. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant data boundaries.
10. OrgAtlas intellectual property
Suppl LLC and its licensors retain ownership of OrgAtlas, including the desktop application, account services, product design, documentation, trademarks, protected classifiers, rule systems, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited product license.
11. Updates, availability, and support
We may update, add, remove, or change features to improve, secure, or maintain OrgAtlas. Planned features are not commitments. Support scope and response times are not guaranteed unless stated in a separate written agreement. We may suspend access when required for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material breach.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrgAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available.” Suppl LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow all disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suppl LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Suppl LLC's total liability arising from OrgAtlas will not exceed the amount you paid for OrgAtlas during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited.
14. Termination
You may stop using OrgAtlas and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or when required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations—will survive.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suppl LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of OrgAtlas, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
16. Dispute resolution
Except where prohibited by law, a dispute arising from these Terms or OrgAtlas will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court. You and Suppl LLC waive participation in class, collective, or representative proceedings. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court, and either party may seek urgent injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, security controls, or confidential information.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where arbitration does not apply, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as OrgAtlas, connected third-party services, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the OrgAtlas contact page.
